Choose a strength based on a pain level of 1-10
- For pain levels of 1-4: Try the 50mg or 200mg stick
- Pain level of 5-10: Try the 125mg or 500mg stick
(strengths are based on volume, e.g. the 50mg is the same as 200mg, except it's 1/4th the size of the 2oz tube.)
