Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return them to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


ABOUT JUST

At Just, every product tells a story. As a global marketplace, we proudly support women artisans worldwide by helping them sell their handcrafted, sustainable goods at fair prices for consumers. Each purchase directly benefits the creator, helping her grow her business, support her family, and invest in her future.

Since our products are shipped directly from the creator and their country of origin, return policies may vary depending on the country where the item was manufactured. This is why we have different policies for our products, depending on where they originate. 

RETURNS

Just must be notified of any reason for returns within 72 hours from the receipt of the product, as all Creators are fully paid at that time. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Be mindful that returned items must be sent back to the Creator, wherever they are in the world.


Custom-made or bespoke items usually cannot be returned; please contact us for assistance.

To return an item

  1. Please email customer service at returns@choosejust.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form that we will provide.

  3. Please return your item to the address provided using the shipping label provided. 

  4. Upon receipt of the return notice and once the return label is provided, the customer will have up to 30 days to return the item. 


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date you receive your item to process your return, store credit, or business refund. Depending on your credit card or payment provider, refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
