At Just, every purchase should feel meaningful. The Justification Process reviews a brand’s environmental and social practices and translates the results into a Sustainability Score. The score helps you recognize the strengths of each brand, compare its current practices, and understand how it is continuing to improve.
Every brand included in this guide has demonstrated a commitment to more responsible production. Higher scores indicate broader or more established practices across areas such as responsible materials, water stewardship, fair working conditions, packaging, transparency, and certifications. Because sustainability is a continuing journey, every score also reflects opportunities for further progress.
