When I started to weave in the backstrap loom I never did it to sell what I made until tourists began to arrive to the town and were interested in buying my handicrafts. In the past few years the town where I live has had many conflicts that resulted in the closing of many of our roads so we don't have any more tourists therefore sales have vanished.
