Unfortunately, I could not go to school, and because of that, since I was about nine years old, I began to learn to weave on the backstrap loom. Now I have been doing this work for over fifty years, and I have been teaching my daughters and granddaughters as much as I can because my eyesight is failing; now, I work much less because I like it, and at the same time, I have a little money for myself.
