Kadanakué – Painted Stone
In the Guainía region, ancient rock engravings known as Kadanakué—meaning “painted stone” in the Curripaco language—embody deep ancestral symbolism. These carvings emerge from the riverbed as waters recede, revealing mysterious figures whose meanings are preserved through oral and musical traditions. The Malirri, a sacred storyteller, gives voice to these myths through song. The Kunaferri Earrings pay homage to this divine connection between dreams, memory, and the wisdom carried through generations.
