Helpful Information: This journal can be used as a place to store important things like addresses, birthdays, and trip details. But it can also be used as a way to reframe how we process our emotions. Emotions are simply packets of information. Not good or bad. And we can stop, observe, and ask questions to get the information inside!
The Story:
Our journals are handmade in Benson’s workshop in Jubilee, a small developing community by the sea, on the outskirts of Gonaives. Today, his workshop employs over 20 people and is changing the story for people in this neighborhood.
