As inhabitants of my community, we women can only dedicate ourselves to the work done on the backstrap loom or to study but studying implies leaving town and entails more expenses. That is why I have dedicated myself to weaving. I sell my items to people in town and this helps me to have extra money to what my husband gives me and it is useful for my personal things.
