Lilac Brocade Blouse

Since I was very young, I was taught to work the backstrap loom and I did it occasionally until I got married and had my children. Then, I did not dedicate more time because I had to take care of my children. As time went by, the economy did not improve and I had to do something to generate income to help my husband. I returned to dedicate myself to backstrap loom weaving and selling my products to resellers. I started to improve my designs and we organized ourselves with my family and started a collective to sell our products and sell them at a fair price. It has grown so much that there are people with us now who are not only from my family.
