Although it has a high ruffle collar, the elastic neck band is made to be loose around your neck. It features gathering in the front and back. The dynamic sleeves are double belled with a small ruffle at the high shoulder. She is perfect with our new cream SHILOH pant. This top is made from upcycled material with a very limited quantity.
