The Product:
We love this used as a tray on a coffee table to hold books and remotes, in an office to organize your desk things, or to carry your breakfast in bed! It's also sized perfectly for your casserole pan to sit in and makes a lovely presentation!
The Story:
We work with 3 different groups of makers (totaling 20 people!) to make our baskets. Locally sourced dried palm tree leaves are handwoven into a beautiful 2nd Story with each product made; these pieces show off the beauty of Haiti. It takes steady patience and an artist’s feel to work with the palm leaves. Their work speaks for itself!
