Artisan Story

I learned to make crafts because my sister-in-law taught me because since I was little I had to leave the village to go to work in San Cristobal. When I was able to return to the village, I did not know the craft and as my mom was too old to teach me, it was my sister-in-law taught me and I managed to learn. l then I started to sell my pieces to help my mom and my brothers because my dad abandoned us but the important thing was to have a little money. As I got married and in order to help my husband with the expenses of the house, I continue to dedicate myself to handicrafts, although I would like that someday I could sell my pieces at a fair price.
