Although the soil in the Guainía region is low in nutrients, it is possible to find some fruit plants that survive the conditions of the region. Pineapple, sugar apple, papaya, banana, lulo, chontaduro, pumpkin, manaca and moriche are some of the plants that are planted in the various conucos. The Linaka earcuff pays tribute to these important fruits that are an important staple food for the indigenous communities of this region.
– Measurements: The earcuff measures 1.4 cm long by 4.1 cm high.
– Material: The metal pieces are handmade in bronze and have a 24K matte gold plating.
